  • Transportation assistance is provided for appointments, job interviews, and essential errands to remove barriers to stability

  • We support applications for Social Security, public benefits, and affordable housing options to help clients achieve long-term independence

  • Healing-centered care and advocacy foster trust, resilience, and sustained progress toward lasting stability
