  • Founder and Executive Director

    With over 25 years of experience, he has led the Jamestown Family Resource Center and served as an education liaison for homeless and foster students. Under his leadership, Resiliency Village has introduced innovative housing solutions like the “Octopod,” which features eight private apartments and communal space. A community activist, storyteller, and musician, Mark has contributed to the band Clan Dyken and hosts “Heart and Soul” on Blue Mountain Community Radio. His commitment to trauma-informed care and community-driven solutions shapes Resiliency Village's mission.

  • Associate Director

    Alma joined Resiliency Village just one month after its physical site opened and has been a driving force in establishing the program’s foundation, operational structure, and the Pathways Program. She recently earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is currently pursuing dual licensure as an LMFT and LPCC therapist, as well as certification in EMDR. Alma’s dedication to trauma-informed, person-centered care guides her work as she continues to expand services and supports to better serve our residents and community.

  • Outreach Worker

    Karen brings both personal and professional experience to her role at Resiliency Village. Having once been a resident herself, Karen deeply understands the challenges and triumphs of the healing journey. Her return to RV as a staff member reflects her passion for giving back and helping others find stability and hope. Karen has extensive case management experience from her years as a family advocate with ATCAA, where she supported families through housing, crisis intervention, and resource coordination. Her lived experience, combined with her professional expertise, makes her a compassionate and effective advocate for our residents.
